Play the Main Stage
Starting in 2027, we will have a formal application process to play for artists we do not reach out to directly.
Please do not write to us if you do not conform to the following specifications:
Bands MUST play some variety of Bluegrass or related music. The standard Bluegrass line up consists of acoustic guitar, mandolin, fiddle, banjo, resophonic guitar and upright bass. Vocalists are generally expected to be instrumentalists in the band.
We feature different variations of this line up playing OldTime/Bluegrass/Newgrass styles.
We do not reply to big bands or groups with a majority of electric, brass or percussive instruments, or with backing singers or dancers.
Applications will be open from September 1st to November 30th 2026 via a link on this website.
Information about this will be released on our social media on September 1st.

Play the Street Festival
The Street festival is an important part of the festival with concerts around the town centre on Wednesday evening and Friday midday.
Artists play one hour at a bar or restaurant.
This gig is unpaid but artists receive a meal and drinks from the bar where they play. They also receive a 4-day festival pass with access to the VIP tent, and they will have the possibility to sleep in the school dorms or at the campsite for free.
Applications are now open for 2026 until the end of May.
